We offer an exceptional training program which is free to all our department’s employees. With over a thousand hours of training available each season something is going on almost every day. 18 PSIA/AASI ski and snowboard examiners on staff assure that the quality of our training is as good as you'll find anywhere. We have ski/ride improvement clinics, certification training and freestyle training along with a wide array of specialty training events.

Children’s Center Attendants spend time both indoors (15%) and out (85%). They support the children’s Ski & Ride School in many ways. Helping with morning registration, equipment fitting, grouping, transportation, surface lift operations, food service, teaching both skiing and snowboarding and clean up. There is variety and challenge each day with multiple job duties during each shift. This is a good job for those whose ski/ride skills may not be meeting the criteria for a coach but would want to take advantage of our training programs offered to all Ski & Ride School employees.
Inexperienced Instructors are hired each season with or without certification. Usually hired into one of our children’s centers, the job duties include teaching kids from 4 to 13 to ski and 5 to 13 to snowboard, as well as help with registration, equipment fitting and grouping. We have an excellent track record of training and certifying inexperienced instructors through our training programs.
Experienced Instructors are needed in all of our locations in both full and part time roles. We have a competitive pay scale and an excellent benefit package. We offer personal web profiles for marketing yourself to potential private lesson customers on the Heavenly Ski & Ride School website.
